That Nintendo 3DS

Well, having just read up on the Nintendo 3DS, I might jolly well go ahead and buy it one of these days. The red version is simply begging for me to take it back home. See?

The most touted capability is of course its ability to showcase 3D games in their glory. Apparently, it makes for an impressive eye-candy. So far, I'm interested in playing the Pokemon Black and White series. To play those games, I need a Nintendo DS console and only this model is currently on sale at the moment.

However I won't be buying it so soon. Priced at S$399, it is too expensive for me to fork out the money and buy it on the spot. I'll most probably wait for the price to drop and at the same time, wait for the red set to be launched. So far there's only Cosmos Black and Aqua Blue.

If only time would fly by as quickly~

Online Shopping for Some Books

Finally I got down to do some online shopping for my favourite books tonight. All in all, I bought six books, three mangas and three novels. That's quite a nice haul for me there.

For the mangas, I bought Kuroshitsuji volume 5, 6 and 7. I love Kuroshitsuji a lot and so it's one of the very few mangas that I would buy in print. Amazon is selling the manga up to Black Butler, Vol. 4, do check it out when you can. I strongly recommend this manga for all newcomers.

For the novels, all three books are written by bestseller author, Cassandra Clare and she is famed for her Mortal Instruments trilogy. I bought City of Fallen Angels (Mortal Instruments, Book 4), Clockwork Angel (The Infernal Devices, Book 1) and Clockwork Prince (Infernal Devices). Hopefully I will get all my books soon so that I can start reading them.

I already owned City of Bones (Mortal Instruments), City of Ashes (Mortal Instruments) and City of Glass (Mortal Instruments), the initial trilogy of the Mortal Instruments. So far I have completed reading City of Bones and will start on City of Ashes soon. I shall write more about City of Bones the next time.

New App for my iPhone: Angry Birds

So, I have finally succumbed to the temptation and bought the much talked about app on iTunes, Angry Birds. Even though I have got the app on my phone, I have yet to play it so once I do, I will post a more detailed review of the game here.

Time to get this blog up and running.

It's really been a long time ever since I last updated this blog and I feel so ashamed of myself. But being on Twitter has pretty much taken most of my time away from everything else. I admit that is very, very bad. However I am trying to pull myself away from Twitter and get back on track with my real life.

So perhaps updating this blog can help to get the wheels set in motion. I don't know how long this enthusiasm of mine is gonna last but I'll try to maintain it as much as possible. By the way, don't expect too much out from me. I'm just a casual blogger and hence the things I blog are pretty much to what my interests are. I do appreciate it if you guys could leave some comments for me so that I can improve my writing.

I also intend to try out writing some fanfics but don't count on me to pop out a story that soon. I have no idea on how to start a story so I have to go and read some other fanfics first. I'll take things slow and easy. My life is pretty much centered around my work and my studies. Those two alone are enough to kill me by sucking away my life energy, I'm telling ya.
