Coffee Prince Actor Lee Eon Dies in Accident

Oh gosh. Yet another tide of bad news again.

This time round, it's korean actor Lee Eon of Coffee Prince fame.

According to this report, he was on his way home after a party when he crashed onto a guardrail of an overpass while riding his motorcycle.

He was 27 and a rising star in Korea at that. He became popular after appearing in Coffee Prince as a simple-minded but loveable Min Yub whose undying love had become a talking point in the show.

These days, stars often met with an untimely deaths and it has happened way too much. First, it was The Dark Knight's Heath Ledger who died of drug overdose. Then Harry Potter star Robert Knox was fatally knifed to death while trying to protect his brother from gang bullies. And now, this.

The entertainment world has suffered many terrible losses this year and both eastern and western artistes are not spared.

May their souls rest in peace.

=(
