Kingdoms Hearts Is So Cute~
One of these days I'm gonna buy the game packs for the Kingdom Hearts series and play it. I'm loving it a lot these days and look what I found on Tumblr below.
This drawing is so cute and awesome! There are many talented artists whose works get reblogged all the time on Tumblr. I shall try and share some of the pictures here. They are so good and definitely worth a check-out. >u<

Getting the DS Lite Instead
All right, I have decided to get the DS Lite instead of the 3DS. One main reason is cost. The DS Lite is going for S$188 whereas the 3DS is going for S$399. That is a lot of difference, mind you. Besides, I'm not a fan of the 3D revolution. Frankly speaking, I think the 3D revolution sucks. All it does is to give me a splitting headache whenever I watch 3D movies.
So, I don't fancy getting a headache if I want to play my games. The DS Lite is still good for most NDS games so it would still be a worthwhile buy. Plus the color model that I want looks so awesome cool that makes it a sure buy. See the pictures below for illustrations~

See how cool it is? It's the crimson/black version but is currently out of stock. Urgh. I have got to wait for a while before I can get my hands on it. Besides that, I might want to buy a PSP 3000 but that's going to be another post~ :D

That Nintendo 3DS
Well, having just read up on the Nintendo 3DS, I might jolly well go ahead and buy it one of these days. The red version is simply begging for me to take it back home. See?
The most touted capability is of course its ability to showcase 3D games in their glory. Apparently, it makes for an impressive eye-candy. So far, I'm interested in playing the Pokemon Black and White series. To play those games, I need a Nintendo DS console and only this model is currently on sale at the moment.
However I won't be buying it so soon. Priced at S$399, it is too expensive for me to fork out the money and buy it on the spot. I'll most probably wait for the price to drop and at the same time, wait for the red set to be launched. So far there's only Cosmos Black and Aqua Blue.
If only time would fly by as quickly~

New App for my iPhone: Angry Birds
So, I have finally succumbed to the temptation and bought the much talked about app on iTunes, Angry Birds. Even though I have got the app on my phone, I have yet to play it so once I do, I will post a more detailed review of the game here.

Just found this cool song: Trust Company - Figure 8
This song is so cool and I got it off of a Youtube video. Here is the video below:
This song is Figure 8 and is sung by Trust Company. The images that are shown in the video comes from Final Fantasy 7 and Final Fantasy 14 with their leads, Cloud and Noctis respectively.
I am so in love with these two extremely hot guys and if only they are real, I won't ever let them go. To be honest, I can't decide between Cloud or Noctis. Who's hotter. Who's cooler. One is like the extreme opposite of each other.
I'll post some pictures of them later. Meanwhile I am running the song over and over on my laptop. It's like the song of the moment for me, even though it's an old song. :D

Kuroshitsuji DS Game on Sale
Wow, a Nintendo DS game has been released for Kuroshitsuji on 19 March 2009. It's titled Kuroshitsuji: Phantom & Ghost. Pictures of the game can be found below for reference, all credits not mine:

An online website posted a mini review on the game, which I posted below:
--
Kuroshitsuji: Phantom & Ghost will have an original story with some original characters. Sebastian, the butler, and Ciel, his master, are in the game. Players can switch between the two characters and view scenes from different perspectives which lead to different endings. Since Kuroshitsuji: Phantom & Ghost is being billed as a “Master and Butler’s adventure game” the core game sounds like a text adventure, but Square Enix has some mini-games inside Kuroshitsuji: Phantom & Ghost too.
Update: Finally, a touch screen dishwashing mini-game. It looks like Kuroshitsuji: Phantom & Ghost is going to give players menial tasks in the form of mini-games.
--
A quick check online for the pricing put it at S$91.58, which would be way out of my budget if I were to buy it. Well, I don't own a Nintendo DS Lite so it would be pointless for me to buy the game. However I am very tempted to own this game as it's based on one of my favourite manga and anime of the moment, Kuroshitsuji.
Oh man, what should I do? To buy or not to buy. It's getting on my nerves, seeing that only Japanese people will get to play this game for now. Grrr....

New Colours for Nintendo DSi
According to CNET, Nintendo has announced new colours line-up for its upcoming DSi as seen in the picture below:

I wonder if there's a red colour version. However these new colours will not be seen in Singapore for quite a while as currently there are no news that distributors for Nintendo products will be bringing them in. *sighs*
Every time Singapore receives the goodies late and we have no choice but to live with it. This is boring, man. Living in Japan seems to be very good as all the things that I like have originated from Japan.
Anyway I am not sure whether I would be purchasing the DSi as I'm still using my Sony PSP Slim which is serving me well. The technology world moves so fast that it's impossible to keep up with the latest gadgets, no matter how drool-worthy they are.
If only I have all the money in the world, or if I just shut down permanently from the internet, then I won't have to agonize over things like that anymore. Haha!

Watching videos on my PSP 2000
All right. I admit that I am a super duper slowpoke when it comes to my psp 2000. I only just got my unit this year and started playing games that were outdated compared to those gamers who are probably playing the latest titles for their PSPs.
There are many things that a psp 2000 could do. Like playing music, watching videos and of course, playing games.
All the while I was only using my psp to play games. It was only a few days ago that I thought it would be nice if I could watch my favourite animes on my psp too. The only problem was the video format. Or so I thought.
I had read online that the psp is very picky in using a particular format for video playing. The only acceptable format was MPEG-4 and nothing else. Well, I had some of those format video files and I thought I could use them for viewing on my psp. Boy, I was wrong.
I thought by just putting the video files onto the memory stick would solve the problem but yet I still couldn't view my videos. Something had to be wrong somewhere. It was only through research on the internet that I realised that I had to create a video folder in my memory stick and transfer my video to this folder before my psp could read the file.
Oh man, I felt so stupid when I found the solution to my problem. Nonetheless, here's a really old piece of news about the newly-released psp 3000. Here are some of the pictures taken of the psp 3000 as well as the psp 2000:

To me, the 2 versions does not look very different from each other. Maybe the psp 3000 looks a slightly more sleeker than the psp 2000. But other than that, it looks almost the same. Sony probably could have done much better with the new version but for now, the opportunity is lost this year.
Now I'm looking forward to the release of Nintendo's DSi next year and it looks better with each version upgrade. Pictures of the new DSi are posted below for references:

The new DSi will much more slimmer than ever before and it will also comes with an SD card slot, as seen in the picture above. Looks like things are going to get very exciting as the 2 gaming devices gear up for the consumer dollar next year. Who knows, I might even be tempted to buy the DSi next year.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed now.
=)

Nintendo's New DSi Coming Soon
According to CNEt's Crave, Nintendo is going to release a new successor to the incredible successful DS Lite, the DSi.
Judging from the pictures below, it looks like Nintendo's gotten itself a bestseller. Yet again. But will it help to defeat the almighty Sony PlayStation Portable a.k.a. the PSP?

I personally own a PSP and so far I am very happy with its performance. The games that are designed for the PSP are varied and fun as well. There's no lack of choices of games to choose from.
Now I'm hooked on playing Burnout Legends and it's gotten me crazy over cars too. Just look at the Formula One posting which I did the other time. It's addictive, I can honestly tell you that. Which other car game will let you crash your car and still award you points for doing so? In fact, the more spectacular the car crash is, the more points you will get awarded. It's so fun!
Right, back to the DSi.
For now, it's not yet available in Singapore and so there's not much comparison to make between PSP and the DSi. From the pictures, all I can say is that the new look is definitely much more gorgeous and sexy than before. Nintendo fans would find it hard to say no to this baby.
Furthermore, this sleek baby comes with a SD card slot which definitely is a big plus for the gamer. Besides offering the options to store more games, it also offers music playback as well as images storage.
By the way, it is reported that the DSi will come equipped with a 3 megapixel camera and that seems to put it on top of the PSP right now. The PSP doesn't come with an internal camera, you will need to purchase an external camera which will definitely add cost to your total package.
Nonetheless, it's still early days yet and fans in Singapore will have to settle for wait. Japan will be the first country to get the new DSi since Nintendo originated from Japan (I think). By the time it comes to Singapore's shores, we would have more information to make a comprehensive choice then.
Who will win, PSP or DSi? You decide.

Harry Potter game delayed too
Now the effect from the postponed Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince has finally rolled over to the HP game franchise.
According to this report from Los Angeles Times, Electronic Arts (EA) has decided to delay the next installment for the HP games but no date was stated in the report. Although I am not a big fan of the games, I do feel a little annoyed at all these delaying stories.
Does it do any actual good for the companies involved? If they are bent on hurting their own reputations, so be it.
Just don't try to pin the blame onto the consumers when their sales take a dip, that's all.

Frustrated with Lil Green Patch!
I am very frustrated with Lil green Patch's numerous glitches and today's glitch is the worst. This is what I got when I logged on to my patch just now:
--
Your (Lil) Green Patch has more than 200 plants and is at risk if you make any changes to it. Please don't accept any more plants, sell plants in Marketplace or buy plants in the Store till this message stops showing up above your (Lil) Green Patch. We are working to fix the issue. Thanks for your patience.
--
I don't understand why they had to set a limit of 200 hundred plants to every patch. The main goal for the application is to get more plants sent so that sponsors would donate money to save the rainforests. So, the more you send, the more money you raise.
Yet they are setting this limit which will restrict users from sending more plants. This defeats the purpose of saving the rainforests through the use of this application. This is in addition to the annoying acceptance of plants requests on a click by click basis. This is simply a big waste of time and now with the limits set, this application has lost its appeal for me.
Initially, when I was playing this application, I was so in love with it as the plants were cute and I get to contribute to a good cause.
Now everything has changed and it remains to be seen whether the developers will listen to the users' comments and improve the application. Otherwise I will no longer use the application.
=(

Bidding War No More *sobz*
Now that the bidding war is over, all that's left are just some very minor buyers who happen to be my lil green patch buddies. I suppose they are trying to help me raise up the value of my photo. See below:

So now there's nothing extraordinary to post anymore. Boring. =(

Oopsies! Facebook?
Hi there! My photo has just gotten another new value. That's very nice! Hee...

However, the new owner of my photo seems quite determined to mark it as his and so he titled it with his name. I want to change away the ownership but it's not editable. *sighs*

Oh well. It's only a game. Nothing to worry about. ;P

More Facebook? Crazy!
Ok, I know this is getting a bit too much but I can't resist posting the latest bidding results of my photo. So here goes:

Hee.... more and more bidding comes along and pushes up the value of my photo. That's a very good thing, in my opinion. So there!

Another Boring Post on Facebook
Oh no! Here's another boring post on the same old new. It looks like I don't have anything else better to do other than post these updates of my bidding values. Heehee...

In any case, I have a brand new owner who, by the way, is one of my lil green patch friends, another wonderful but problematic application on Facebook. I shall write about it in another time. See ya! ;)

Yo! Facebook Owned!
Ha! Here's yet another rambling on the Owned updates for my profile. See below:

New owner! It's a woman fighter! LOL! Ok, I may have gone off the mark. But it's interesting to see new bidding occurs each time I logged in. It's all in a day's fun, really. =D

Oh No! Facebook Again!
I have been utterly smitten by this application on Facebook. Each time I log in, I would see that I gotten some new bidders and my photo value increases. Now it hits the $5,000 roof. See below:

It may not seem like a lot but to me, I am more than happy with this result. I had installed the application a long time ago and it's only recently that I see some activities on my profile. Nice. Very nice. =D

Sorry But... It's Facebook Again
I had just barely blinked my eyes when the same bidder from before came back and bought back my photo. See below:

All these bidding are making me dizzy yet I wish fervently that the bidding war would continue as long as it can so that my photo's value can rise faster. It's amazing how people buy photos just like that, based on a single platform. =D
