After my Human Resource Development exam at SIM, my friends and I went to have lunch at Ichiban Sushi at the new shopping centre beside Clementi MRT Station. Below are the foods that we ordered during the lunch.
My combo set meal is the hotate version and it's really yummy~ It is the second picture from the top down. Plus there's salmon sashimi and it's not too bad. All the foods are very yummy but some of my friends are unable to finish their portions and thus, threw bits and pieces of food onto my plate. Gewd~ My stomach almost bursted from too much food. xD

HR Here I Come! ^_~
Ok so by now I have already known my exam results and have went for my re-enrollment for next year. The thing is I really did flunked my business finance module and I am not going to go through that module again.
So the next thing I did at the re-enrollment day was to submit my application and chose my specialisation as human resource (HR), dropping business finance permanently.
The thing is, I will have to defer my studies by one more semester. I thought I could try my luck by trying to sign up for more modules in January so that I don't have to defer any modules. However the school's people just rang me up last night and told me the bad news.
Oh well. At least I can get to take HR, which I definitely ought to take in the first place but I was being cheeky, but will defer one module so that instead of ending my studies in December 2010, I will end it in May 2011. That is if I'm lucky not to fail anymore modules.
University level is indeed much more different from polytechnic level and it should be taken seriously. Well I should have put HR in the first place, since my diploma background was in HR anyway. Ah well at least during this past semester I had finally realised one thing: my brains don't like numbers. (^_~)
I am gonna do my best in the new year for my new specialisation and will definitely score for my exams. Erm... hopefully. Heee...

Phew! Finally I cleared my exams!
Oh boy, I am glad that I have finally cleared all my 3 exams for this semester. My brain is gonna burst from all the information overloading. Meh...
However I have no confidence in passing my Business Finance subject as it is simply too complicated for me to understand the concepts. Not only that, the lecturer taught at such a fast speed that I can't catch up and whatever concepts he mentioned, I can't apply to my exam accordingly.
The exam comprises 70% of my module and I doubt I can pass it at all. No matter how hard I try to force my brain, there are some questions that I ended up leaving blank as I simply don't know the answers.
Oh man, I am so depressed right now. T_T

Wee! I'm in for RMIT University!
Finally! The day that I have been waiting has arrived!
I have gotten my letter of acceptance from the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) that I have successfully get in to my course at RMIT University.
The course that I will be taking is Bachelor of Business (Management) and I managed to get the Pathway C, which means that I can complete my degree in 18 months, provided I study hard and pass everything! =D
So if everything goes well, I could graduate by the end of next year! That sounds so fast! Oh my. I'm getting so excited that my mind is kind of a whirlpool right now.
The utmost concern for me is the payment of the cost of study. I wondering if I should take up some finance loans but I am so blur with all those finance stuffs. Anyway I have got to submit my reply to SIM by 27 May 2009 in order to secure my place in the course. Oh man. That's only like a few weeks away.
With any luck, I should be able to start school by 1 July 2009. Hopefully everything will go well for me. Oh man. Even though I couldn't get into my first choice of university (that would be the University of Manchester), RMIT university isn't that bad either and it's an Australian university too.
All right. So I have to start pulling up my socks and get into it. Otherwise it would be money going down the drain, eh?
Heehee... I am so happy! Wee!!! I still can't believe my luck that I got into the course. With my lousy scores, I thought I was a goner.
PS. Today is actually Selina's birthday, I wonder did any of her luck came to me? Hmmm.... I am thinking too much. XD

Email from SIM
Oh well I just received a notification that my application for a degree course at SIM is under process and the results will be known by end May 2009.
That's such a long time to wait. Can't they process it faster? Hmmm... unless they are sending the applications all the way to Australia via shipping freight, then that might explain the process.
For now, I just have to wait for them to get back to me. Hopefully it will be good news.
*sighs*
